A subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance, Allied was formed in 1929 and consists of the Nationwide independent agency system. They are No. 104 on the Fortune 500 list and are one of the country's largest multi-insurer and financial services organizations. Allied is rated A+ by A.M. Best and partner with over 4,000 agents across 33 states. They are large in the Midwest with farmers but have a wealth of competitive business and personal lines products countrywide. They are particularly competitive on stand-alone RV, motorcycle, and Rhino/ATV policies.
