Stephen Fissell has an extensive background in high-end sales and providing superior customer service. This stems from the eight years he spent in varying roles and primarily as a service advisor for a luxury car dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2008, as the economy slowed and luxury car sales and service dwindled, a new opportunity presented itself with his brother-in-law Kyle Borg’s insurance agency. In the past they had discussed possibly teaming up some day as they saw the marriage of their personalities and qualities being mutually beneficial.
Stephen was able to parlay his sales experience, personal network, and customer service background into a quick start in a whole new career. He has raised the bar of expected level of customer service at Arrowhead Insurance and will continue to focus his energies on helping the rest of the staff strive to exceed their best as well.
