Kyle Borg, Principal
Kyle Borg is the second generation of an insurance family. His parents, Steve and Geri Borg, started an Allstate Insurance agency in 1983. His brother Kirk Borg is set to inherit that agency located right next door to Kyle's office. Kyle started out in the industry reluctantly but grew to love it and is now driven by a passion for being a progressive in the business.
In 1997 Kyle took a job in his parent's office as a way to earn some money after school before heading off to college. He worked there for a year and then headed out of state to Manhattan Christian College in pursuit of a career in family counseling. After three semesters away Kyle new his heart was in Arizona and he headed home to finish his degree at Arizona State University. In 1998, Kyle met his future wife Rachel Borg (Fissell) and soon realized that the insurance industry is a great way to support a family. With the shift in motivation, Kyle changed his education to business with a focus on finance. That same year he left a job in retail and began working full time in his parents office again. After ten years there an opportunity to open his own agency presented itself.
